It was more than I expected. I would like to recommend a bit of a lower bed for mother to be or a step stool next time. For the ladies that gave us a massage i would love to request for them again in July 2025.

First time at the SPA. Welcome drink was only given with lunch. The complementary jacuzzi, was not allowed for Pregnant women, however it did indicate on the Pregnancy pampering package. Perhaps it should not state it on the maternity package then.

Amazing calabash and full body rolling sands massage with Caroline at the fab serene Villa boutique ! Thank you Caroline for being super professional, friendly, attentive and non judgement. I really enjoyed my treatment and can’t wait to try all the signature packages! Go Villa spa, you have a great ambassador with Caroline!

The environment is very conducive and so welcoming. The welcoming by ECHO SPA staff was so exquisite. I received the best service i anticipated, the execution of the therapist (Masseuse) felt so heaven. All package included in my Pamper Me SPA Package for R650 was offered to me, even though i couldn't use the Jacuzzi because i didn't bring along my swimming costume. Welcoming drink was offered, light lunch was offered, ohhhh my God, im definately booking again next year, this time for me and my son because he also asked why i didn't book for him since he was present during my massage session

The spa treatment was amazing. The ladies, Sheltie and Colletah, took good care of us. The full experience from the spa treatment to the light lunch and extra special arrangement for my friend,' who celebrated a birthday, was amazing. Thank you very much.

From check in to spa treatment, wow we stand amazed by the service 👏. Definitely coming back, no doubt about it. Most friendly staff. Room spotless on arrival.

The experience was a good one despite the fact that one of the therapists hurt my toe during the pedicure and it bled and it’s still painful. That somewhat spoiled the experience for me. Secondly, there was no questionnaire to assess our allergies, health conditions that could affect the treatments. Lastly, it’s only fair to communicate with guests and remind them to bring costumes and towels for them jacuzzi, because not all spas expect customers to bring them. We had to go out and buy costumes to avoid forfeiting the jacuzzi session. Restaurant was great and the hotel is a beautiful one.

It was a wonderful experience. Very professional and impressive. Colletta is very good, and I highly recommend this spa. Great experience overall.

We really loved our full day package. The ladies took such good considerate care of us and ensured each treatment was enjoyable and perfect. The food was home cooked and the cocktails beautiful. I would definitely go again if we were staying in South Africa longer.
