Massage was incredible, so relaxing, music was great, therapist checked in about pressure, room was suitably set up, calm and relaxing environment. Not 5 due to some of the spa facilities in hotel which seem outdated ie needing £1 for locker, outside jacuzzi drain cover broken, however, a lovely experience, would return; would ideally be a more seamless experience from treatment to pool facilities for a true spa experience - robes and slippers not offered.

Fantastic day! We had beautiful weather which helped a lot. Lovely massagesfor myself and my daughter...who said it was the best she'd ever had! It was a gift for her birthday so very lovely mother daughter spa day. Enjoyed the pool, lunch by the sea and spectacular views. Thankyou 😀

Rebecca gave me such a caring yet rather firm sport massage! She was gentle with my tight spots but worked with my pain tolerance to create space in muscles which was fully needed. Felt the aches later in the day but was a relief as I knew the blood flow was working - Thank you Rebecca, look forward to seeing you again! 🙏

Was really struggling with swelling and so I messaged Karen asking if she had any last minute availability for that day, she called straight away and had me in within an hour…when I got there I found out it was actually her day off but she came in especially to help me! That is someone who does this job to help others and not just for a job! She works wonders everytime and really is lovely! Wouldn’t go to anyone els. Defo book in!

Always a lovely experience here. Karen is professional and friendly and makes you feel at ease instantly. I use the natural body cafe for colonics and Karen makes the whole process feel natural, I wouldn't go anywhere else, she has a wealth of experience and looks at any issues you have holistically. Very pleased with the Full Body Massage from Ana, I left the spa feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Would recommend and will be back in the future when we are down in the area again.

The treatments were absolutely fab thank you ! ...sadly the spa indoor pool was cold ..and not as nice as the outdoor one ...and then finally the hotel restaurant service was so slow ..such a shame

Both treatments I had with Helen were wonderful and helped me relax so much ! The spa has a lovely atmosphere. The music was good and the heated bed super . I would book here again.

Helen was welcoming as soon as I set foot into the spa. She explained the form and went through any concerns I had with my conditions. Helen was professional the whole time, the treatment was amazing and I felt like a new women after. I wouldn't hesitate in booking again and highly recommend her and the treatments.

My Spa experience where I had a luxury pedicure was excellent and Helen was very good and friendly. However I would mention that the Haven Hotel reception were not very welcoming and spoiled an otherwise relaxing visit. I was not made aware of a door code needed to enter the Spa and had to wander around until I found someone in the dining room who gave me the entrance code.

Fantastic massage with Eva. Very thorough and intuitive. Lovely space, clean and well thought out. I will definitely be back . Thanks so much 😊
