We had a 90 minute couple’s massage. Both were great, really relaxing and thorough. The oil was lovely and warm, and we both came away in a zen-like, peaceful state. I would go back again and my husband said the same. He even drifted off during the back massage. If you are used to plush spa retreats like we are, the surroundings are not like these, but we just wanted a full body massage after a stressful month and this did the trick. The room was just ok but once you close your eyes and the massage starts it really doesn’t matter.

I had an amazing experience at NESC. I visited them a week before my wedding for an afternoon spa and had 4 treatments done. Medi Pedi, Backcial, Thai Massage and HydraFacial. All of the treatments have been absolutely beautifully done by the knowledgable, Fiz, Sophie and Lucy. I loved them all and have made me feel so relaxed and ready for my wedding. Not only the treatments and their hands are great but also how lovely these ladies are and how well they have looked after and spoiled me, so attentive to the details providing cakes, pastries and drinks in each treatment. A huge thanks! ❤️😘.

A truly wonderful experience at Spa Diamond today getting a hot stones massage. Fiona was really attentive throughout the experience. At the beginning and before getting started, she was keen to find out my preferences and, throughout the massage, I could tell she was feeling for places of tension and adapting her approach accordingly. She also focused really well on problem areas I had mentioned. Afterwards, she shared her expertise, including the physiological basis behind her approach, which was really interesting. Do not judge a book by its cover. The therapist know what the difference was between a Anti Stress and a Swedish Massage and Victor knew his stuff on this. I booked a Anti stress and I got one. Top Marks, Ok, I am glad that the faff and PR stuff was not laboured. (welcome to blah blah blah spa, my name is .... etc...) I simply wanted to a good massage and a good price. This place delivered it in drones. So for serious people who want and know what the benefits of a massage - would recommend. If you want a glass of bubbly as well, go elsewhere. Went here today after spending the weekend at Download for a much needed massage before heading back home. I had a Swedish full body provided by the lovely Minnie. The massage itself was brilliant, very relaxing and soothed my aching muscles. The spa is also very nice and inviting, good temperature and ambience. Very sad I don't live in the area but would definitely return if I'm down here again. 10/10

Went for a full body massage at Spa Diamond. Was my second time there and Minnie made be feel very welcome. I wanted my shoulders, neck and feet paid attention to as they had been tense recently and Minnie focused on them. My head ache disappeared and I feel very relaxed. 100% will be booking again.

My first time visiting Spa Diamond, I expected a slightly better welcome initially considering I’d never been before. I completed my health form when booking and was asked to pay the remaining balance on arrival. I was taken upstairs once the room was ready and had the add on experience described as a “before Spa Cocoon”, it advised wearing swimwear. I had no idea what to expect but imagined a bathing experience but it was like a seated zip up fabric Sauna. Boy it was hot. Was given water after that and it was very much needed. The Thai Oil Massage with Lin was amazing, couldn’t fault it!!

Very good, I suffered a back injury back in November and the only thing I have found to help along side Physiotherapy is deep tissue massages as I suffer with tight muscles and persistent knots. Today I tried a Thai oil massage it was my first time visiting the spa, my therapist was friendly and although I am sore right now my muscles feel much looser and I look forward to feeling the benefits in the next couple of days…. Genuinely one of the best massages I have had. Thank you x

My first time here at Spa Diamond. Although booked with Natcha , Maya offered her services. Maya was very good and knew exactly what she was doing as she tells me she’s been fling this profession for 35 years. I’ve had many massages in the past and I have to say it’s the best one I’ve had since I had one in Bali many years ago. Thank you Mays for your experience and reading the signs of my body of where I need to work on. I shall be back. Highly recommended

Megan is amazing. I've been going to her for a while now and she knows my needs. She's very good at helping my sore back feel rejuvenated again. I suffer with FND & Fibromailgia and she is able to give me a massage that doesn't hurt with deep enough pressure that I feel the benefit. It’s always a pleasant experience at spa diamond. Although Rachel has been my favourite over the years but today Lin did my feet and back massage. Her hand is amazing. From start to finish Lyn put 100% effort in , my back and shoulders were really tight and knotted and she worked her magic, from head to toe I feel better , well worth every penny. I got a pregnancy massage done by Clio today and it was amazing! I felt so relaxed. The room ambiance was so calming, the soft spa music, everything was just perfect. Clio made sure I was comfortable and if the pressure was okay. I had to ask Clio to put a bit more pressure and she did just that. It was brilliant! Clio needs a bonus for her soft hands. I felt so relaxed and comfortable with her. If you’re wondering if you should book yourself in for a pregnancy massage then do it! I cannot wait to come back for the massage and facial package soon. This was followed by an amazing afternoon tea in opulent and glamorous surroundings where no detail was spared. If you want to feel like a VIP with a high quality spread of food and sweet treats then I highly recommend adding this experience to your treatment.

Had an afternoon tea package with two treatments. Sophie was absolutely amazing, very professional and talented with her hands, definitely felt a release of tension after my massage. The medi pedi left my feet feeling soft and light. The bespoke facial was also brilliant, very relaxing and left my skin feeling fresh and hydrated with a radiant glow. Overall a Lovely Ambience, friendly and welcoming staff and the afternoon tea in the relaxation room was a perfect ending. A lovely experience would definitely recommend.
