The facial was very nice, the products used etc. The only improvement I would say my lady was rubbing a bit too aggressively. Enjoyed the facial otherwise!

Erica's always exceeds expectations. I've had a lot of the services here from hair to facials to nails and more. Very reasonable price and everything is done to an exceptional standard. Also, the staff are really funny and good to spend time with.

Myself and my daughter had a facial as I received a gift voucher for Christmas. It was a lovely experience for a first time. Staff were lovely and welcoming. Place was clean and smelt nice. Products left skin looking and feeling amazing. My only disappointments were my daughter was left with a bruise on her chin from the black head suction machine. During my head scalp massage the lady kept using one hand every now and then as she was on her phone with the other. This then took away from the experience.

Excellent service - explained everything through and was really helpful and made the process smooth. I would highly recommend Neo Elegance Skin Clinic - After my one session for Acne Treatment I saw instant results and hopefully my skin will continue to calm down I will most definitely going back to the Clinic and my wife will also be booking a session for a Hydra Facial as the results were amazing.
