Amazing tummy contouring treatment by Sharon. After 6 treatments a 2.75” (7cm) loss on waist circumference and 2”(6cm) tummy. Very happy 😊

I could not have asked for better, they accommodate all 9 the of us girl as a pre wedding day spa day. Spent the day in a beautiful room with a hot tub and sauna relaxing, a massage and facial for us all and we had the best time. Everyone was so relaxed come the end of the day and I slept so well. Would Highley recommend going here. They are all so lovely, professional and kind. What an amazing experience.

From the moment I walked into the salon I was warmly greeted and instantly felt a sense of calmness and ease. I very rarely take the time for myself and can find it hard with social interaction at times. Roxanne made me feel so welcome and enjoyed the natural conversation without it being forced. Roxanne made me feel valued as as a customer and I enjoyed the quiet nature of the salon. Really recommend Black Swan Spa and Therapy Lounge and particularly Roxanne who made my first experience so positive. Thank You so much :)

Just an observation having experienced many massages in the UK and across the world, the massage room perhaps needs softer lighting, some background relaxing spa music playing and maybe a candle / diffuser, so the atmosphere is more relaxing and "cosy". I found the room at little "stark". My appointment was for a 90 deep tissue massage. While there were moments of deeper massaging across my scapulars and through my back, generally I would class this as a "relaxing" massage instead. Overall, a pleasant experience but not quite a five star rating.

I had a dermaplaning facial and waxing at Blossom Leaf Wellbeing and it was such a lovely experience. Rachel has created a beautifully calm and welcoming space, and you instantly feel in safe hands. She has an extensive knowledge of aromatherapy, which really shines through in her treatments - the scents, the atmosphere, and the care she takes all add something special. My skin felt so smooth and refreshed afterwards, and the whole experience was deeply relaxing. It’s so exciting to see a local business open with this much heart, knowledge, and attention to detail. I’ll absolutely be back!

I treated myself to a Clinicare luxury facial and a top to top aromatherapy massage as a New Year’s Eve treat to myself and to say it took me to another place would be an understatement. It was so relaxing, I almost fell asleep! Could not recommend both of the treatments enough. Rachel is beyond skilled at what she does and curates the most blissful experiences. What can I say… I have never experienced until now, the most luxurious relaxation massage of pure 90 minutes of aromatherapy bliss with Rachel today. From the start of my treatment until the end I was in completely safe hands and taken care of. Her technique is just amazing (Healing Hands) and incorporating the essential oils specifically tailored to my treatment, was just beautiful. Rachel’s beautiful space gave me the place where I could completely relax and unwind and have some me time, to rejuvenate and ‘WOW’ it certainly did!!! This was absolutely divine, I thoroughly enjoyed every second and came out feeling very relaxed and rejuvenated. Rachel takes such care in curating tailored experiences with her use of aromatherapy and that makes treatments even more special. I can see the lava shell massage become a regular part of my self care routine.

I have had several treatments with Rachel now and the Swedish Massage and Tibetan Head Massage did not disappoint either. I required relaxation and to relieve a very tight neck shoulders and back and I came out of the treatments floating on air. I felt fantastic. The Tibetan Head Massage was really lovely. All sorts of sensations are felt with an added tailor made oil for your hair too. At the end of the treatment as a nice touch you get given a relevant tea bag to have later in the day. Today it was Pukka Peace and tasted delicious. I cannot recommend Rachel enough. She really is amazing.
