The space is absolutely gorgeous and staff were amazing. Offered tea, coffee and water upon arrival, and didn’t have to wait long to be taken back to the room. Once there, my facialist asked about my skin concerns, allergies, etc. and prepped me for the facial. All of the products used smelled absolutely divine and the space was very clean and comforting. My face feels incredible and I will definitely be back!!

I just received the brow mapping service after months of not giving my brows any love… let me tell you it is WORTH EVERY PENNY!! I’m a blonde with sparse eyebrow hair in some spots and I combined my brow mapping with a henna dye and BOOM-all of a sudden I have brows again! Not only did I receive the results I wanted from the service, but I felt so incredibly relaxed the entire time. I feel so confident with my new brows and I can’t recommend this service, or the Refinery in general, enough!

Yassmine is simply amazing! She took my very damages lashes and made them pretty again! All that while having great conversation and being so comfortable in the absolute cutest spa! It felt like hanging out with a friend! She gave me amazing tips for care and I can't wait to be back to see her! She is my new forever lash artist!!!! Thanks again for the amazing service!

Emily was amazing!! This was my first time seeing her I got a gel manicure and she exceeded my expectations. Her space was clean and inviting. She always checked in with me throughout the appointment to make sure I liked the shape and overall look. She really wanted me to be happy with my nails and made sure I felt comfortable being honest with feedback. I will 100% be back. 💛💅

This was my first time coming to this cute shop. My first steps coming in was very welcoming and offering me something to drink.

I had a lovely day at the spa with Marilyn! I asked her to try and match the shellac on my hands as best as possible with regular polish and it turned out so well! For the facial, Marilyn took the time to find out what my skincare concerns were and tailored it to my needs and sensitivities/allergies. The whole experience was super relaxing.
