I've had the same Justin Bieber haircut since high school. After about 11 years of not really caring about my hair, I decided to start trying since I got a nice job and am going to be 30 soon. I hate haircuts. I'm always disappointed by them and I always avoid them. After looking around Kingston I went with Jimmy; it was exactly what I needed. He used so much precision that I felt like his sculptural art project, and he spent so much time and attention to my needs that I felt like a real person at his salon, not just another number. As long as I'm in Kingston, I'm never going anywhere else.

On a last-minute whim, I called around a couple of hair salons to see if I could get my haircut. Jimmy himself answered the telephone, and said I was welcome to come right in. Unfortunately, there was an event downtown, and I spent more than a half an hour looking for a parking place, so I called their office back to let them know that it wouldn’t likely work outit would be past their closing hour. However, Jimmy was very accommodating, and told me that he would wait until I was able to find a parking place. Boy, am I glad he did! Hands-down, one of the best haircuts I’ve ever had!

Sarrah is the best!! She and Lindsay have created a wonderful team and group practice. I love how devoted to continued education Sarrah is and how thoroughly she reviews details about procedures prior to starting. I was scared before my first sculptra treatment and she made me feel so taken care of. Of course, the results always speak for themselves. I have received lip filler, Botox, b12 shots, sculptra and IPL with Sarrah and she is always a delight and makes the experience wonderful. If you are not going to the beauty development, you are missing out!

Kitana is an awesome hair stylist! She's a great conversationalist and is super kind, ensuring that I had everything I needed while at the salon. Yet another perfect salon visit!

I have been going to Jimmy for the last 6 - 9 months and really appreciate his attention to detail and the way he cuts my hair. He provides a nice customer experience - salon is nice, warm towels are a treat and I feel well looked after as I leave his salon

Katie is amazing at lashes. I see her every two weeks and she does them perfectly every time. Before applying new lashes she ensures my current lashes are clean by giving them a lash bath. Katie is a perfectionist and this is why I keep going back. Katie has made the Beauty Concept a beautiful space for her clients to come and feel relaxed. Thank you Katie for always giving me the perfect lashes.

I had a ZO Facial with Shea today at the Beauty Development. She was thorough and very knowledgeable, explaining all of the products and their purpose. My face was smooth and dewy looking at the end. I would highly recommend. Shea was amazing and I will definitely be returning!!

Took my son to get his haircut, this is his third visit to the salon. As soon as we left he exclaimed that he absolutely loved the cut this time (he loved the other two as well, but this was his favourite!) he definitely wants to keep getting his hair cut by Evan! Thank you!

Overall I am very glad I got this treatment done at the Beauty Development. Clinic . Even though this procedure is a bit more invasive , Stef is such an attentif and calm nurse explaining everything before and while applying it. . She is most knowledgeable , very pleasant and professional. .The staff is kind and approachable and the Clinic itself is modern and attractive ! Very positive experience and I highly recommend this Clinic.
