My mom had such a great experience getting a Gel X manicure and pedicure! She said the whole visit was incredibly relaxing from start to finish. Her nails turned out beautifully, and the pedicure was so soothing — just what she needed. The atmosphere was calm, the staff was lovely, and she felt really well taken care of. She’ll definitely be going back again soon!

I had such a lovely time getting my nails done. The place was elegant and very comfortable. I was offered hot tea and water multiple times. Tamires did my manicure and pedicure and she was absolutely lovely. So sweet and a job well done.

Sierra is a brow queen! Always leave feeling happy with her services ! The Refinery is a sanctuary in downtown Kingston.

Very friendly and attentive staff. The surroundings could not be more appealing as you look out onto Kingstons city hall and downtown businesses…. Limestone central!

Every time I go to the refinery it immediately reduces any stress levels walking into the clam and welcoming oasis overlooking market square in downtown Kingston. Can’t top the experience they provide!

Such a wonderful and relaxing experience at The Refinery! I had a shellac manicure and pedicure with Tamires, and she gave me the most beautiful results. As someone who is highly indecisive when it comes to my nails, she patiently helped guide me to the perfect colour and nail shape. Tamires is also incredibly kind, and a treat to chat with! I’m looking forward to my future appointments with her!

I booked a last minute appointment yesterday, and first off I was greeted by Sophie who was the sweetest receptionist and was so welcoming when I first arrived. She offered water or tea, and then I saw they carried wine, so I indulged a little! As it was my first time, I selected any aesthetician to do my pedicure. I was so lucky to have Tamires who is so delightful! She was so caring, made me feel comfortable. I will definitely be coming back and look forward to seeing Tamires and the team again! Highly recommend!
