Great new premises and more spacious. Professional service as always. Bella is incredible and I always walk out feeling refreshed and better and not so sore. If she finds a tight muscle or knot you can rest assured she will fix it even though you will feel it while she works it out. She is empathetic and professional and takes great pride in her work. Went here for some Birthday pampering, absolutely wonderful staff and amazing massages and facial. They even put out a little sign saying Happy Birthday with cake and tea. Amazing! Thanks everyone at White Orchard Thai Day Spa!

I have been to this clinic through different life stages and for so many different treatments and I have to say, I love these ladies. I've never walked out of there feeling ripped off, up-sold or pressured to look a certain way/have a certain treatment. I highly recommend supporting this local small female-owned business - but please don't take my appointment times :-D.

Beth made me feel so comfortable the whole time. She shaped & tinted my brows to perfection & my lashes are amazing as well. Beth was so thorough with my services & we weren’t done until she was happy with how everything was. The hand & arm massage during my eye lash tint was devine. Once we were done with my treatments I was warmly welcomed by Hailey at the front as well. Both ladies made me feel so so so welcome. Will definitely be back

Shelby delivers exceptional customer service, ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable Koha experience.

For a budget-style day spa, they are pretty good. I personally would not say their deep tissue massage is a massage. It's more rubbing and not very firm, but again, for the price, I think it's decent.

Amazing, so relaxing I fell asleep a few times! So friendly and knowledgeable, with plenty of fabulous advice to adjust my skincare routine. The whole experience is spa level relaxation, with immense care taken into finding the right products and approaches to the treatments. Love seeing Shona for my facial needs!!
