The team at Rachael Katie (Southampton) are frankly, just lovely. Really welcoming, with exceptional customer care. Laura was great, she had the integrity to provided me with clear information and clarity about my different options (eyebrow treatments), the pros and the cons. Which I greatly appreciated. What I also appreciated and rated highly was that she did not try to upsell. If you are thinking about more permanent options for your eyebrows, I would highly recommend seeing Laura.

Jess is so so knowledgeable and has been able to answer all my questions and address my skin concerns with a bespoke answer which we discussed in my first consultation. Very welcoming and lovely - She has also been really understanding and accommodating when needed to move an appointment time. I had a hydrafacial with dermaplanning and can’t believe how glowing my skin is. Can’t wait to go back. Couldn’t recommend more!!

Popped into the new salon in Southampton today and had an amazing experience (as always!). I originally started my tattoo laser removal in Basingstoke, but now that there’s a new location closer to home, I’ve switched over. I’ve been so impressed with the service that I’ve also started laser hair removal. As someone with a darker skin tone, finding a place with the right experience and knowledge that trusted was super important. I was a bit nervous at first, but honestly, I’m so glad I went for it — the results have been incredible. Huge thanks to Hayley, Richard and the team 😁😁😁

This was my first experience getting a deep cleanse facial and dermaplane. Bethany was friendly, welcoming and very knowledgable and she made sure to explain the process to me. My skin feels less congested and a lot smoother. Will definitely be booking in again soon!

I had my first microneedling treatment at Cydney Cosmetics and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Rhea was incredibly professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. She took the time to carry out a detailed initial consultation, answered all my questions, and explained each step of the procedure clearly. Throughout the treatment, she checked in with me and ensured I was comfortable, which I really appreciated. On my second treatment with Kate now, I don’t think I will ever not go back, whether for further treatment or general advice on skin/ hair and all round well being. She has a shop in the same facility as her treatment room selling necessary supplements. She doesn’t sell a product that she doesn’t believe in so I feel safe and confident to purchase here. I can’t wait to finish my 5 week course, a week later from my first and I could have cried, without Kate I was not fitting into jeans that I already owned. She saved me a whole new wardrobe🤣 Results speak for themselves! see you next week🥰

Went in for a balayage and a cut at LoLo's on Saturday! First of all, the new salon is incredible - fresh, clean and relaxing as well as a great central southampton location! I had an appointment yesterday with Michael and was thoroughly impressed. He was extremely professional and clearly very knowledgeable, taking the time to explain everything in detail and making sure I felt comfortable throughout. I had both anti-wrinkle and skin booster treatments, and he carried them out with great care and precision. He really knows his stuff and made the whole experience feel very reassuring. I’ll definitely be returning – highly recommended.

I had my Super Deluxe Facial with Lorenza and I can not recommend it enough! The products used not only make your skin nourished and deep cleaned, but the smell is incredible! lets not forget about the fast that neck and shoulders massage that she did was amazing too! I recently had nose filler and fat dissolve with Shannen and I’m so amazed at my results! I’ve always disliked my nose but the confidence she’s given me is insane. She is very professional and talked me through the whole process. I will be certainly be going back to Shannen for anything else I want done. In my opinion she is the best practitioner in Southampton.
