Jess is so so knowledgeable and has been able to answer all my questions and address my skin concerns with a bespoke answer which we discussed in my first consultation. Very welcoming and lovely - She has also been really understanding and accommodating when needed to move an appointment time. I had a hydrafacial with dermaplanning and can’t believe how glowing my skin is. Can’t wait to go back. Couldn’t recommend more!!

Popped into the new salon in Southampton today and had an amazing experience (as always!). I originally started my tattoo laser removal in Basingstoke, but now that there’s a new location closer to home, I’ve switched over. I’ve been so impressed with the service that I’ve also started laser hair removal. As someone with a darker skin tone, finding a place with the right experience and knowledge that trusted was super important. I was a bit nervous at first, but honestly, I’m so glad I went for it — the results have been incredible. Huge thanks to Hayley, Richard and the team 😁😁😁

I had my first microneedling treatment at Cydney Cosmetics and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Rhea was incredibly professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. She took the time to carry out a detailed initial consultation, answered all my questions, and explained each step of the procedure clearly. Throughout the treatment, she checked in with me and ensured I was comfortable, which I really appreciated. I had an appointment yesterday with Michael and was thoroughly impressed. He was extremely professional and clearly very knowledgeable, taking the time to explain everything in detail and making sure I felt comfortable throughout. I had both anti-wrinkle and skin booster treatments, and he carried them out with great care and precision. He really knows his stuff and made the whole experience feel very reassuring. Just had my botox top up after 2 weeks. The initial result were amazing anyway ! The top up is free as it is included as part of your original treatment. The results are so good. I am so so happy with it. My forehead has smoothed out, the texture of the skin has improved and my asymmetrical eyebrow situation is under control now. Love you guys! Thank you so much xxx

I had my Super Deluxe Facial with Lorenza and I can not recommend it enough! The products used not only make your skin nourished and deep cleaned, but the smell is incredible! lets not forget about the fast that neck and shoulders massage that she did was amazing too! The whole experience was very relaxing, Lorenza was very professional as always. I will definitely be back! :) xx

I had my first microneedling session today with the lovely Hannah. The treatment was way more comfortable than I expected. The treatment felt like a gentle vibration on my skin and was completely pain free. My skin was slightly red afterward, but it calmed down very quickly. Hannah was amazing throughout and explained everything clearly beforehand and checked in with me constantly to make sure I was okay during the treatment. I can already see a difference in my skin I would highly recommend it, especially with someone as professional and caring as Hannah!
