I had a fabulous experience with the inferred sauna. It was a perfect temperature, a dry heat, so not horrible and sweaty. Ellie was a fantastic host. I would definitely recommend and come again. Loved it. Jo

My first experience of a full infrared and red light sauna was better than expected, in that I can be a little restless in normal saunas, but this was an easy, calm and relaxing 30 minutes - even being able to manage slightly longer under the cold water shower was a surprise to me. Felt really good after. Excellent experience of something I had only heard of until recently. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ellie is very welcoming. I’m really loving these saunas for the detoxification health benefits! Also sharing with a friend is great, girly catch up while healing. Perfect. Looking forward to our booking with the hot tub, sauna, and a delicious cold pressed juice in a couple of weeks time! 🙏

A charming holistic space. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere feels calm, welcoming, and beautifully designed — a true sanctuary Ellie is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. She takes time to explain everything and makes you feel completely at ease. The facilities are wonderful! I love the infrared sauna and red light therapy, which always leave me feeling relaxed and re-energised. Today’s session was particularly special, combining oxygen therapy, a shiatsu foot massage, a warm eye mask, and a heated relaxation chair. It was deeply relaxing!

Ellie is very welcoming and the set up is modern, clean and inviting with such a varied offer of treatments. I enjoyed the infrared sauna this time, which I found very beneficial for aching muscles and stress. Would totally recommend.
