The cool cocoon with Gayle was a beautiful experience! From the moment I arrived I felt cherished. The scrub was almost ritualistic, it felt amazing. The massage was sooooo good, I really needed it! The facial was refreshing and light. The smells of everything Gayle used were fantastic … I’m actually missing the smells today! Gayle is such a beautiful nurturing soul 🥰

I love my ‘me’ time with Gayle… I don’t know where I’d be if Gayle didn’t work her magic on my aging limbs and muscles. She is so knowledgeable, just knows the right amount of pressure to knead out those troublesome achy bits. I always come out feeling so much better. Jenny is so talented - a true artist at what she does. She’s absolutely beautiful, so warm and friendly and always makes you feel completely at ease. The whole team are so welcoming and friendly. An amazing experience every time. I wouldn’t trust anyone else!

From start to finish I could not have wished for anything else .The room was tranquil and gave the sense of knowing you are going to totally relax and receive the effects you want from your treatment, I had for the first time a reflexology facial and I was totally immersed to its effect from start to finish . It is a wonderful treatment both relaxing and invigorating . I had the best nights sleep I have had in a while and today my face felt very smooth and I felt relaxed .I have booked my next treatment and without doubt recommend this facial and thank you Gayle for an amazing experience

Jenny and the front of house team were just exceptional from start to finish. My lips were badly migrated and needed dissolved with refilling. From the first appointment everything was talked through and I had great confidence that my lips would be looking great again from speaking to everyone. Jennifer was also a perfectionist at refilling them (which is great) and explained the whole process throughout from the dissolve to the refill. My lips have now been corrected beautifully and my confidence has come straight back. Thanks again to everyone ☺️❤️
