First time visiting and I was genuinely impressed. I was warmly welcomed by the owner, Becky, which immediately set the tone. I booked a Hydro Glow Facial. The facial itself was incredibly relaxing and Shannon took the time to explain each step, which made me feel comfortable and well-informed throughout. The salon is modern, spotless and has such a welcoming atmosphere it honestly felt like being at a friend’s house. I left feeling like my skin looked refreshed and glowing and the treatment was very reasonable priced. The goodie bag at the end was a really nice touch too.

I have lived on Harold Hill for the past 32years. I have always used this salon. Kirsty is my hairdresser and always does a totally amazing job. I will not use any other salon. Sally / Phil the owners are lovely people. All the staff welcome you with open arms. A wonderful family business with fabulous staff . Age is irrelevant. Everyone is treated respectfully. So many returning customers. You really must give this salon a try, if you are considering. Sarah x

I was super impressed with how clean the salon was and the equipment, thoroughly sanitised between customers. I went with my two sons and all three barbers took excellent care of us, taking time to get the cuts just right. So friendly and welcoming and really made it an enjoyable experience for the boys. Will definitely be back! Keep up the excellent work. A real gem of Harold Hill

Emma did a colour consultation prior with me and really listened to what I was looking for. My hair now looks healthy, shiny and I feel so confident! As a busy mum she understood I didn’t want a high maintenance and expensive colour and this means I can afford the upkeep and know it is much more natural and closer to my base colour. Perfect in every way! Personally taylored hair in the comfort of a beautiful private salon. Quiet, peaceful and relaxing. I never enjoyed visiting a busy noisy salon with glaring lights and surround by so many mirrors but I wanted the latest style and colour so felt there was no option. Es Hair offers cutting edge hair care in a private room. Consultation is relaxed and not rushed, I left with exactly the hair style and colour I wanted and I have had so many compliments!!!
