This was hands down the best massage I’ve ever had! I went in having not slept the night before due to a lot of pain in my neck. This massage was not only relaxing but felt very healing. They are so skilled and identify every muscle that needs pressure. I would not want to go anywhere else now I’ve found this place. The staff are so lovely and caring there too. 10/10

Wow! Today’s massage was NEXT LEVEL! After two weeks away with work, I think I needed some putting back together! Anna was the perfect person for the job - she quickly worked out that despite asking for a ‘relaxing’ massage, it wasn’t really what I needed! Her fingers, elbows and forearms set to work, and 90 minutes later I was a new woman! There is a reason that regular visits to Sanctuary Birkenhead are a key part of my wellbeing toolbox. These ladies know what they’re doing, and do it very well. Kob kun ka, Anna. 🙏

Today’s massage was memorable. Por had a plan to give me a relaxing massage… but when she did her scan at the start, that plan changed! All the secret weapons came out this afternoon, including elbows and knuckles. Not as much fun at the time, but I walked out feeling like a new woman! If your New Year’s resolution was to take better care of yourself, get along to Sanctuary Birkenhead. It’s a hidden treasure, with amazing staff. This is definitely part of my wellbeing plan!

I have been a client of Por’s at Sanctuary Birkenhead for over a year, with increased frequency of recent months. Yesterday I couldn’t get an appointment with Por because she was fully booked, so I scheduled for after work tonight. Por asked me how my week had been. When I told her it hasn’t been so good, she said “ok, no elbows tonight”. OMG! Por gave me a 90 min massage with NO elbows! So good - it was very relaxing, and exactly what I needed. Next time though, I’ll be sure she brings back her ‘Angel elbows’… there’s nothing like an elbow in the glutes to let you know you’re alive! 🙏

I think today was the BEST. MASSAGE. EVER. Just when I think it can’t get better, it does. The cool thing about seeing your massage therapist regularly is that they get to know your body, and then notice differences. Por finds things that I don’t know are going on - but I walk out of the Sanctuary feeling a million bucks. Even better, it doesn’t cost that much! All the staff at Sanctuary are lovely, and your comfort is their priority. Sanctuary is warm, it smells amazing and you start relaxing as soon as you walk in the door. Kob kun ka, Por! 🙏 I’ll be back! 🙏
