This was hands down the best massage I’ve ever had! I went in having not slept the night before due to a lot of pain in my neck. This massage was not only relaxing but felt very healing. They are so skilled and identify every muscle that needs pressure. I would not want to go anywhere else now I’ve found this place. The staff are so lovely and caring there too. 10/10

Wow! Today’s massage was NEXT LEVEL! After two weeks away with work, I think I needed some putting back together! Anna was the perfect person for the job - she quickly worked out that despite asking for a ‘relaxing’ massage, it wasn’t really what I needed! Her fingers, elbows and forearms set to work, and 90 minutes later I was a new woman! There is a reason that regular visits to Sanctuary Birkenhead are a key part of my wellbeing toolbox. I've had a lot of massages in my life from Chinese, Thai and Swedish and Hilot has to be the best, I honestly felt like I had been through rejuvenation. I also love their perfect quiet and relaxing venue that smells beautiful, the considerations for the small details and incredibly warm kind team makes this my new go to.

WOW! The Valentines Day special is a ‘must do’! An hour of delicious relaxing body massage followed by a superb facial. I opted for an extra 30 minutes of reflexology too, resulting in two hours of true bliss! If you’re in need of a treat having gone back to work, this is for you. This is SUBLIME!

Today’s massage was memorable. Por had a plan to give me a relaxing massage… but when she did her scan at the start, that plan changed! All the secret weapons came out this afternoon, including elbows and knuckles. Not as much fun at the time, but I walked out feeling like a new woman! If your New Year’s resolution was to take better care of yourself, get along to Sanctuary Birkenhead. It’s a hidden treasure, with amazing staff. This is definitely part of my wellbeing plan!

I had a wonderful one-hour massage with my daughter. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the space was so relaxing. The therapists provided high-quality massage that left us feeling completely refreshed. The exceptional jasmine essential oil which they used was absolutely divine and soothed both our bodies and minds. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a professional massage and a moment of pure relaxation.
