Farah was so welcoming and so professional, I felt at ease throughout the appointment. She was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything to me as she was doing it. The treatment was amazing, I felt really comfortable and the massage was so relaxing! Again, Farah explained what she was doing and why she was doing it during the treatment, showing her expertise. After the treatment, I was given great advice and aftercare to support recovery. I will 100% be booking in again!

Absolutely amazing!!! Would give 100 stars if it was possible! Booked an appointment for my mom for her birthday for hot stone therapy and full body massage. She was singing praises when it was over, she absolutely loved it, felt so relaxed and refreshed and is definitely coming back again! Tae really knows her stuff and did an amazing job! A great sports massage and really good advice for moving forward. Highly recommend

I had an appointment with Farah for an assessment and sports massage. Farah was very open and friendly putting me at ease right away, she explained everything she was doing thoroughly which meant I was able to learn so much about my body. The massage was amazing, with Farah checking that the pressure was right throughout and she has sent exercises for me to do to fix some of the slight issues she found. Thank you so much, the whole experience was excellent and I’ll definitely be back.
