Absolutely fantastic! I live in Swansea, and it is worth travelling to Cardiff to have treatment in this salon. Suzanne is a really lovely lady who puts you at ease, straightaway. . Today I went for a top-up on my Brows. She made me feel so welcome, we chatted as if we'd been friends for years. I will recommend Suzanne to everyone, she is Professional and very reasonable. What a find! Suzanne was welcoming from the start. She is very professional and experienced. The clinic is super clean and comfortable. I had semi permanent makeup on my brows and she was extremely detailed and would not let me leave until both myself and her were happy with the results. Im already looking to book something else as felt very safe and in good hands.

Its a joy to have an appointment with Jenn, another amazing facial today, my skin has come on leaps and bounds. I will be booking in another set of facials, will also be looking to do some microblading again soon as the results are fantastic, if I could visit every day I would 😀.

Absolutely thrilled with my brows today! After years of various machines brows and microblading, and then laser removal, this is the first time I've actually been happy with the results! Am beyond pleased with them! Only wish I had found Cherri sooner. I was initially nervous about getting them done again but need not have been - she puts so much work into making sure they're spot on, and knows brows and pigments inside out :-) I'd 100% recommend the Brow Loft to anyone! Wouldn't go anywhere else now!

I can’t recommend Cherrie highly enough! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel completely at ease with her warm, welcoming personality. She’s so friendly and chatty that the whole appointment flew by, and I felt relaxed throughout. I first had my eyebrows done by Cherrie three years ago, and the results have been amazing. They’ve lasted so well that I’ve only just needed my first top-up after three years, which is a real testament to the quality of her work.
