I have to say this was a great experience, when I walked in I was given a piece of cake and a rose, I only got a pedicure with polish, but the girl who did my service was very sweet and gentle when placing my feet down after the moisturizer, I don’t go to the salon very often but this makes me want to go every week

Had a great first experience with Olya today. She was efficient and detailed, and did my nails exactly how I wanted them (I’ve seen the same person for the last 3 years so that’s saying something!). These gals are the real deal and I will be back! Recommended 💅🏼

Ayla is a lovely human and very open and friendly. My pedicure looks lovely and I’ve received many compliments. However, my hand massage ended up being only 7 minutes and needed to be more intentional. The Nail Hotel has a lot of potential in their business model, but it needs to be clearly advertised that drinks and specialty coffees are only available when their 1 staff member with smart serve is working. This business was specifically chosen for today for the “experience”. Owners should also reflect on their seating as they are not designed for relaxation…for either pedicures or massages.

The staff was fantastic. We were very happy with our manicures/pedicures. The manicure stations needed a more thorough cleaning, and older items be replaced.

Loved this experience!. Great job team. First time there for a girl's night out. Had a drink while getting our toes done. How awesome is that? It was delicious. Jeev was very attentive and ensured I was happy throughout the process. I had a pedicure, foot massage and shellac manicure with ombre. I highly recommend the whole experience. Nice ambiance. Reasonable prices.
