Had my first BIAB set done today, Kia was absolutely fabulous. She explained the process every step of the way and made me feel part of the process. I have short and weak nails so BIAB is definitely the way forward to try and strengthen my nails to grow. Kia is so lovely and welcoming. I will definitely be back for infills. Thanks again! I’ve had so many compliments already!

Lovely manicure and I now have pretty nails

Hi Jane Marie Many thanks for coming to my home on Friday, the pedi was great. Just one thing to mention is that I probabaly shouldn't have gone for that colour as I don't really think it suites me but that was my choice - lesson learnt for next time - in hindsight we could have gone a little shorter on the nails, and the actual polish itself seems a little gloopy - not a very smooth finish - I hope you only see this as constructive critisism as overall it was a great pedi. Just had a foot massage with Jane.. what a lovely friendly lady she is ..the massage and foot spa was so relaxing and she even painted my nails and on top of all that we had a lovely chat …what a lovely start to the day ..Thankyou Jane for your kindness chat and lovely pampering I really enjoyed it …I’m going to try them all !! next is going to be a body massage which I’m looking forward to and the prices are so reasonable..so happy I’ve come across this lady …very prompt on appointment time as well ….

Kia was absolutely brilliant, even after calling late in the day for a Friday evening appointment, she made the time to help me with my last minute request. She did a beautiful job and took the time to ensure my nails were professionally finished with a real attention to detail. Her passion for what she does shines through and clearly her work ethic too, I can't think of anywhere else that would have taken on such a late booking. Thank you, you're a star! I'll definitely be back!
