I am always so impressed with my nails when I get them done at studio v petone! Any time I can’t get an appointment, and go somewhere else, they’re never as good (Or as relaxing!) Today there were some unexpected staffing issues and I really appreciated the way the staff member handled the unexpected, while obviously busier than usual!

Ashley is a phenomenal technician. I have been having my nails done for many years and I feel Ashley is probably the most talented nail technician I have ever been to. She is meticulous about perfection and manages to replicate some very challenging nails. I often bring along images of very detailed nail art... Ashley is amazing in her ability to produce a perfect replication of these examples. I will always give Ashley the highest possible recommendation. She does phenomenal work and is always so lovely to chat to as well! 5 Stars without any hesitation! :-)

First time iv had a head massage and it was the best experience ive ever had. I also got my lashes and eyebrows cleaned up and literally herd myself snore it was that relaxing lmao. Wish i lived in petone just to get those treatments on a regular basis. Thank you so much i feel brand new haha

I can not recommend Star Beauty enough!!!!!! Not only do I get my lashes done every 2 weeks but I also get amazing SNS nails. I never thought my nails could grow long as they are very thin however, Seam from Star Beauty has helped maintain my nails at a long length using SNS for years now. She is amazing!!!!

I have become a regular at 4 seasons. The woman are fantastic at their craft. I get my nails done, eyelash extensions and eyebrows and I leave Everytime 100percent satisfied. I won't go anywhere else now.

I had gel nails applied and a full set of eyelash extensions. Both services were done to a professional level. The consultant was polite and friendly. I've rebooked for 4 weeks time and will continue to visit. I highly recommend this shop.

I got Gel x extensions and I’m SO happy with them! Tho was my nail tech and she was phenomenal. I have had my nails done in many places in nz as I travel a lot, and this was one of my best experiences. The attention to detail, communication, the precision and Tho’s skill means my nails are looking amazing, applied perfectly, and should last a long time. Thank you for the amazing service, I will be back for sure.

Kheta and Anna are the best nail techs out there. Kheta always does that extra bit to make your hands and nails look amazing.

Please don’t hesitate to book with the lovely team at Diamond Day Spa. I had the most amazing experience getting a luxury manicure, pedicure and facial treatment in preparation for my daughter’s wedding. Expertise in nail artistry means my nails are a show stopper, I’m so thrilled! They use heavenly products like organic Fijian coconut scrubs for hands/feet and a luxurious nature based Italian brand for the facial massage with added red light therapy. My face feels incredible, so ready for the big event. The salon is gorgeous too, if you want to feel truly pampered, this is it! Five stars.

First time at star beauty salon and I will never go anywhere else to get my lashes done again! Thank you so much Helen you are a true artist at your craft. I’ve been to plenty of lash techs in the Wellington region and she is by far the best in my opinion. Was originally going for c curl medium length and she recommend cc, glad I opted for her recommendation it made all the difference. For those that are interested I went for classics, she removed my old lash extension and put on a new set within an hour and who could complain about the price point xx
