This was my first time at R Luxury. Booking was easy to do online. Amanda was terrific. She truly listened to me and ensured that I was satisfied with every step of the process. I had a full set of bio gel nails with French tips and chrome. She did a beautiful job and was easy to talk to. Coffee or tea was offered which was a really nice touch. I will definitely be back.

Jimmy and Wendy were very friendly and polite. Salon was fairly clean and I appreciated the visibly sterilized tools. Only wish more detail was placed on making sure both hands matched each other in length (my wonderful tech had no problem fixing the length when I brought it to his attention) as well as ensuring the cuticles were removed completely as I had quite a few stray trimmed but not completely taken off pieces. I also provided a photo of the nails I wanted (short, clean square oval) but given square. I was also not offered a beverage. Overall happy with the experience.

The ladies at R Luxury in Hamilton are absolutely incredible! The quality of their work is the best. I would recommend them to anyone!

Even though I rushed to be there on time & had to wait 30mins before my appointment the technician was very apologetic. Maybe next time i will call as I’m on my way to make sure i don’t need to rush etc. I understand it’s Holiday time and they were extremely busy, I get it! Got the nail design i was looking for. The staff and environment is friendly and welcoming. Very thorough with service. Made sure the shape & length is what I wanted and the colour. Made sure the service is booked was correct. Very happy with the results i love my nails so much thank you Sally!

I love how my nails turned out! This was my first time here and everyone was so nice and welcoming. My nail tech did an amazing job, and she even made sure my nails were shaped in a way that my baby wouldn’t get hurt despite them being pointy. I really appreciate the extra care and attention.
