It was my first time here, and my first time getting a wax treatment. My shellac nails like look great, and Sandy was very responsive to how I wanted my nails shaped. I am a little disappointed that after a Luxe manicure, I still have dry spots on my hands: the webbing between my thumb and fingers, and under my rings, which both of us forgot that I should take off before the treatment. Also, I seem to have shellac stuck to the pad of my right index finger (I remember my finger sticking to something when I lifted it from the bottom of the UV dryer at one point)...how do I get this spot off?

Every time I have visited LUX I have never left disappointed. I started going when they opened several years ago, and swear by the salon and their staff. I will not go anywhere else to get my nails done. Abby is a very professional and friendly nail tech who has keen attention to detail. She is very talented in the freehand designs she has done for me. I get Sandy to wax my eyebrows, and she too has pristine attention to detail regarding my eyebrows. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a one-stop-shop salon!

I had the Lux Pedicure and it was awesome! My technician at Hamilton location was Julie. Includes a complimentary bath bomb, regular polish, nail shaping, cuticle trimming, foot scrub, choice of mask & paraffin wax ending with a relaxing massage and a hot towel. So relaxing!

I have been going to LUX nail beauty bar, Hamilton location for three years and the service has never disappointed me. They’re always innovating, offering new ideas and suggestions , and they never failed to ask me how my appointment was as I’m checking out. I highly recommend to anyone and everyone!!

It was my first time at Lux Nail & Beauty Bar (Hamilton) and my experience was fantastic! ☺️ I was welcomed with a hot towel and seated right away, even though I was early. My nail tech, Anna, gave me a relaxing shellac pedicure with a seasonal pumpkin crunch cake bath bomb, plus two wonderful leg massages—one with scrub and another with lotion and oils. She then did acrylic extensions, perfectly matching my reference photo. Amazing attention to detail and service—I’ll definitely be back!

I had an awesome experience at the Hamilton location today getting my nails done! The staff was extremely friendly and every step was explained to me as I was getting my bio gel full set nails done. This is the first time I’ve been to Lux and the first time I got bio gels. I love the results and will definitely come again! Thank you!
