Ladies are very polite and professional. You get pampered for a good deal that you are paying for. Above all I love how neat they do they work may it be in nails, hair and facial. Their manager Ms. Sousou is very down to earth and accommodating. Eva, Nora are outstanding. I always come back because of them. The rest of the girls, Karun (does very good facial), Rowena and Rashida are very warm and professional and accommodating. I love coming back to this salon.

The girls are amazing, manicure, pedicure and massage. However, I have a message for the owner of this place : remove please, this fragrance spray. It is impossible to be there even for 5 min, this super artificial scent made me cough, sneeze, I felt dizzy, even with the mask offered by your staff and eventually switching this machine off, I felt terrible and that toxic smell was stuck inside my lungs for hours. I cannot imagine what the staff there is going through every single day!!! This is dangerous to be there, moreover, to work in such awful and toxic environment.

It’s the best place, I can’t go anywhere else for my hairs and nails. Try them once and you will see for your self. Samah gives you the best blow dry and all ladies for nails are amazing. Chris gave me a wonderful pedicure experience 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Great experience! I had gone to Eden Blossom, and they completely messed up my nails, so I rushed to Mood Salon to see if they could salvage my nails, which they did! They understood it was an urgent situation and they were able to accommodate me immediately.

I am traveling in Dubai from the US. I needed a manicure and a friend told me about Palorma. I usually get a Powder dip in the US. The shop did not have powder dip. Sham ( Not sure if this is the correct spelling, but I think pronunciation is correct) did my nails. She used a composite out of a tube that hardened over my nails and then she polished them. They are magnificent! Several days later, I went back for a pedicure again. She did a beautiful job on my toes. she was meticulous and took time to make sure that my Hands and toes were Perfect. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
