Amazing experience from start to finish! I went in for a facial and couldn’t be happier with the results. The staff were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable right away. The space was clean, relaxing, and beautifully set up. The facial itself was amazing. My skin felt refreshed, glowing, and well cared for. Absolutely love Krystel MediSpa! The staff is incredibly professional, the space is clean and welcoming, and the services are topnotch. Olga is truly the best when it comes to laser treatments! she’s knowledgeable, gentle, & makes you feel so comfortable throughout the process. I’ve seen amazing results thanks to her expertise! & if you’re considering lip blush or colour, I highly recommend Nadin. Her attention to detail & artistry are amazing! she really takes the time to make sure you’re happy with the shape and shade. So grateful to have this gem right here in Dieppe. Highly recommended! 💜

I wanted to treat myself for my birthday with a lash lift and tint, and brow wax and tint, so I decided to try Krystel MediSpa, and I was not disappointed! When I made the original booking, I was able to book the lash tint/life but struggled to add on the brow wax/tint on the online booking system. Nadiia was welcoming and kind, and I felt so relaxed during my visit that I fell asleep a couple times during my lash treatment. I explained the booking difficulty and Nadiia was able to add the brow wax/tint I was wanting. Thank you!! I left feeling relaxed, confident, and will definitely be back !
