Charlotte was beyond amazing, friendly and knowledgeable, she spoke me through everything and what next steps I should take. She was professional, the environment was relaxing and clean and the price point was really good, you’d pay way more in a spa. I would absolutely recommend seeing Charlotte for your beauty needs

This was my first visit at Luxe Lab Essex and I absolutely loved it. I messaged her beforehand as I was unsure of what facial treatment would be best, and we both agreed Crystal Microdermabrasion would be best suited to my needs. I loved every second of the treatment, It was very relaxing and after one session I can already see results. I have another 2 treatments to go and I’m excited! I would highly recommend Luxe Lab Essex.
