Had gel nails. Attention to detail, second to none. My nails look fantastic. Setting and atmosphere fabulous. Complimentary drink hot/cold during session and a small tube of cuticle oil with a loyalty card at end of visit. Ellie thank you for a wonderful experience. Cannot wait till my next visit, as you are now my go to. Will also be booking a massage

Absolutely amazing! I reached out to Charlotte as I saw she did pedicures but a few days prior I had chipped my toenail quite significantly. I asked if she would be able to put acrylic or biab on and even better she had an anti fungal nail construction gel. Not only that but Charlotte fit me in within two days so I had hardly any time to wait. Charlotte is very professional and really makes you feel comfortable and at home. The massage and products felt amazing as if my feet were a brand new pair. My toenail looked like my own. Amazing service, skill & facilities 🩷

Could not recommend Ella enough! My gel nails last 3+ weeks and the waxing also lasts! On top of this Ella is lovely and super welcoming.

First time going to Ella for treatments and I felt so relaxed and comfortable. Had gel nails and a lash lift. I am so happy with the results, can’t wait to get booked back in.

Lucy has been my main beautician and masseuse at Danielle's for some months now. She consistently delivers each time and makes one feel like a valued customer always. She is friendly, professional and patient. Most importantly she takes time to check if you're okay with the service you are receiving. Thank you! The only thing I would change is maybe the regular (non-gel) nail polish brand used at the shop to one that has better staying power.

Love the experience every single time! So professional and detailed work. I visit every 3-4 weeks. Best place to get nails done in Basildon.

I have been using Aurelia for a few months now for my nails, she’s the best I’ve found in Basildon! Her attention to detail is impeccable and she will not let you leave until she is 100% happy. I’ve not had one bad set of nails and they last so well I can leave it 3/4 weeks for an infill. Her room is clean, spacious and welcoming. I’ve also had the best pedicure I’ve had in a while there too! Wouldn’t go anywhere else now, and have recommended to all my friends. X

As always, Lucy has done a fab job with my arm wax, pedicure and gel polish and I really enjoy chatting with her. Thank you!
