Totally reassuring, professional and friendly service received today. Every attempt was made to make the waxing as painless as possible and I felt in very safe hands

Fabulous wash & blow dry with Jenny. Only complaint is with the hose at the wash basins. They are leaking, so I had a water spray on my face as well. Jenny apologised and it is not her fault, it lies with the proprietors of Venus hair salon. Surely the hoses need changing.

Fantastic first waxing experience! Charlotte made me feel comfortable immediately I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else for my waxing now! I’d highly recommend her to everyone!
