I love this place. The staff are very friendly, but also sensitive to the times when you have an appointment at the end of the day, and are too tired for conversation. I have seen multiple practitioners for cuts, colour, and many of the esthetician services, and have always been pleased. I shopped around when I first came to Toronto before I found a place I was satisfied with.

My hair was a disaster- damaged, I had used different pharmacy hair colours and it is thinning at a rapid pace. A friend recommended I try the Venus Victoria Salon. Bill did a fabulous job with the colour and Teighlor with the cut. I am positively delighted and will be a faithful client from now on. I live in the east end of Toronto but it’s worth the drive to get my hair done right. It looks great and Teighlor even recommended products that help build volume and hide the thinning. Chris got me all I wanted(and I was stressful), Alana made me feel beautiful again, Alex the owner so sweet and humble. My skin feels incredibly soft and it’s glowing. Let me also add I have never been able to get my perfect eyebrow shape in years. Alana did it in 5 minutes. This is the greatest spot on the West in Toronto. I’ll be going forever😘. Eyelashes look fantastic! I absolutely love them! Not as impressed with the eyebrows. They were tweezed only (I paid for wax) and it looks like the maintenance job that I do myself at home.
