Very welcoming and pleasant environment to have a much needed facial treatment. Jill gave a lot of advice so that I could make an informed decision on which course’s of treatment I wanted to have. Brilliant - really lovely, relaxing treatment. I had the first of my Byonik laser treatment and it was great! Jill is clearly very knowledgeable and I felt very comfortable having the treatment. I'm having 6 sessions in total and can't wait to see the results.

Kerrie is truly lovely and really reassured me from my first consultation appointment - which did include approx 1,000 questions from me. She was able to explain why I didn’t need certain areas of Botox (when I thought I did & requested these areas) she is super professional and completely puts me at ease! 🙂 the results have been great and not overly painful at all!

Had a Hollywood wax today using the new Lycon wax system and it didn’t hurt 1 bit, the wax didn’t burn and the finish is so smooth. Lisa is very gentle and has done an amazing job. Already booked my appointment for next time.
