My masseuse was very professional and gave me a very relaxing massage. So relaxing that I dozed off and she was gracious enough to not wake me. Lol. I would go back over and over for that experience. We all know how stressful Lagos traffic can be.

I got there in time and the service started almost immediately which is rare for most establishments in Lagos. I went in for mini twists and a scalp treatment and it was top notch. The only thing I didn’t like was the unprofessional attitude of some of the staffs and it should be looked into. Whenever there are disagreements between staff members I believe that it should be handled privately and not in presence of customers as it creates an awkward atmosphere.

I love the way my hair turned out but rated the salon 4 stars because my appointment was at 9am and I got there in early in hopes to start right on time but I was told my stylist had not arrived. It wasn’t until about 10am that my hair was finally started, that’s an hour I could have used to do something else as I was only in lagos for a day.

The Pastels’ experience is like no other! From the service, to the music, to the colour offering for gel and nail paint everything is just 10/10. I feel catered to each time I come to the studio. I do not know any other nail salon in Lagos that focuses on healthy nails as much as Pastels. You notice this even in the technique and nail technology they use. It has become my favourite place to unwind. I cannot recommend this place enough ♥️
