This was THE best facial and massage Ive ever had in London. Juliana was a star. She was kind and considerate of my skin needs and she pretty much has the hands of an angel. It's hard for me to disconnect but it was honestly such a relaxing experience. Thank you!

Oksana is the goddess of beauty. Very professional, attentive, meticulous, super kind, a tireless perfectionist. My skin is amazing each time I go for anything from skin peels to facials to any other treatments nails included. I don’t know a better person for beauty in London having tried over 200 salons and having very complex skin. Reasonable on price and every product she uses is ideal. I had requested Polly in the app so I was a bit dissatisfied to travel an hour across london for someone else with no explanation. I had such a lovely facial from Sadie so it’s totally fine, but I feel a bit annoyed to then realise she has her own salon at much cheaper prices somewhere else. Just not really what I waited all this time for! I had a lovely facial but probably wont come back to be honest.

Had a really great experience here in London. The massage was professional, relaxing, and exactly what I needed. The staff were welcoming, the atmosphere was calm and clean, and the therapist paid attention to the areas that needed the most work. I left feeling much lighter and refreshed afterwards.
