Tatjana is a sweet and jund professional. Always in time, offers tea and coffee, has good conversation and is also considerate towards customer needs. We can chat, or listen to the radio in silence. Tatjana is great and I enjoy going to her for my manicure and pedicure. She's very precise and quick at applying nail gel, and super polite. She offers tea and coffee every time I visit. I prefer going to her than the big nail shops, which can be a bit intense with all the people and bright lights. Highly recommend!

Gorgeous nails ones again. Tatjiana has great technical ability and is a bit of a perfectionist, and this suits me nicely! I had a gel manicure and a couple of nails were short so I asked her to build them up / lengthen them. Fab results, thank you! See you soon…

Emma’s attention to detail is truly exceptional—she takes such care with every step, ensuring everything is finished to absolute perfection. It’s clear she takes real pride in her work, and it shows in the results. There was also a fantastic selection of colours to choose from, making it easy to find the perfect shade. Whether you’re after something classic or a bit more adventurous, there’s plenty of choice. The treatment room itself was lovely, calm, and beautifully set up, creating a really relaxing atmosphere. I couldn’t be happier with my nails and will definitely be returning.

Holly is truly amazing, I have never written a review so fast, or wanted to re book so quickly! You are made to feel like a friend from the second that you walk in to her beautiful beauty room. Holly has impeccable high standards, the small things of changing the wooden spatula when waxing is a rarity in the waxes I have had previously. I have found Ashford’s number one therapist and I can’t wait to experience many more of Holly’s treatments. I’m off to go and re book.
