I love this place - I recently moved to Toronto from the UK & was in need of a good local nail tech & had no idea where to look. I went to Sugar Nails on the off chance that they had someone free to do my nails & the lady at the desk was so friendly! My nail tech (Mia) was amazing & did my nails so well! I’m so glad I found this place!

The actual appointment was great - no complaints at all. Nice place, friendly staff, cute dog. The weird thing is, I got a shellac manicure and four days later four of my nails have chipped polish. I haven’t done anything different so I don’t know why this happened. Hopefully it was just the polish that maybe was off. I enjoyed my experience though.

Julie is the best! She is an artist with nail design and takes time and care to do the manicures. The salon is so beautiful, clean and modern and everyone there is so sweet. I’m always offered tea or coffee and the staff there make you feel comfortable and pampered!

Ann gave me one of the best nail services I’ve ever had. My pedicure was amazing—she instantly understood what I wanted and exceeded my expectations. We had such a wonderful experience at Hardrock Nails! My two daughters and I came in for manicures and pedicures, and from start to finish the service was absolutely amazing. The staff did a fantastic job, so much attention to detail, and the results were beautiful. The environment is warm, friendly, and welcoming, and you can feel the pride and care they put into their work. Their talent is immense, and it truly shows. Highly recommend Hardrock Nails, we’ll definitely be back!

Service here is always prompt, friendly and professional. There’s a reason the salon is always busy, with many return customers. Highly recommend getting one of the salon’s pedicure treatments which includes exfoliation, hot stone massage along either side of professional polish.

I go to Jade on Danforth regularly for eyebrow threading. They're one of the only salons that do this - and they do it perfectly! The atmosphere inside is also so much nicer than most places, and no harsh chemical smells. I also told them about my favourite colour of nail polish that I've been looking for for ages, but has been discontinued in Canada. And they offered to order it for me!

I had a great experience with Kelly, getting a cat eye gel manicure. Her attention to detail was spot on, and the nails turned out beautifully! My experience at Tonal was, and is always, absolutely amazing. Not only is it just a gorgeous salon but everyone who works there is kind, professional, attentive, and they’re just some of the sweetest people you’ll ever meet. I finally feel like I found a place where paying attention to details actually means paying attention to details. The nail dust vent, comfortable hand rests, and phone stands made such a difference. I’d wear a sweater next time if seated near the door since it was a bit cold, but that’s minor. I love my manicure and fresh gel extensions—short, square, plain black. Perfect shape, clean work, no mistakes. The projector with shows and movies across the wall adds a luxurious, relaxing feel. Just missing the coffee ☕️ I’ll definitely be back! 💅✨
