Sugar Beauty never ever disappoints! Top tier service, I always get my lashes, armpits and eyebrows waxed by them and let me tell you, the relaxation, the service, atmosphere, customer friendly is 10/10.. they are the best beauty bar in the entire Ottawa GTA. When I went for my waxing appointment I was nicely greeted when I came in. The big room is bright and clean and mainly there is not a bad strong smell of nail polish! The small room where I received my service was very clean and comfortable. Lily was professional, respectful, agreeable and very pleasant. She made sure that I was comfortable during the service. Indeed a very positive experience. I will definitely go back and try other services offered at that location.

My experience was great. I drew a picture of what I wanted my nails to look like and lisa brought them to life in the best way possible. She was kind and precise. I've never had someone take so much care as to the shape of my nails. Lisa regularly checked in to make sure I was okay. If I needed anything, if I was too hot if I needed water. If the pressure was okay on my nails. I've never had better service. Would whole heartedly recommend.

Daisy always does the best job. She takes her time and pays attention to detail. I always leave with exactly what I asked for. The pricing is so reasonable, and my nails last for over a month. One of the only nail places I have been to that do cuticle care. 10/10 recommend.

Eddy is amazing and is so attentive to every detail. He is fantastic at what he does whether it’s a manicure or pedicure. He has also gone to incredible lengths to make sure everything is safe yet comfortable. I just wish people would book appts online and not just drop in and make staff rush or run late! Their online booking system is so simple and idiot proof!!

Very clean and beautiful salon, Diane gives the best spa pedicure in town. Staff are friendly and professional, it’s so easy to go and relax listening to the calming music they play or watch television. I would highly recommend to anyone for a manicure or pedicure, the colour selection is endless.
