My first appointment here and will definitely come back. Friendly staff and my nail tech took so much care in the cuticle work and shaping. Perfect manicure and pedicure! Very clean and my skin was well treated to ensure the skin was conditioned properly. Can’t wait to come back for something more adventurous as I know their nail art is also great

I am really happy with my nails, she did a great job; she perfectly executed the shape and length. However, I had booked my appointment at 3pm and my manicure did not start until 3:30pm, granted I did have to have some shellac removed, but this doesn't normally take that long. I'd understand a long waiting time if I was a walk-in client, but seeing as I'd taken the liberty of booking, leaving a shellac manicure at 4:30pm from a 3:00pm appointment is not ideal.

are you joking?! Afua is AMAZING! the space is so lovely and aside from her welcoming and accommodating bright energy, Afua was always checking on me to make sure i was comfy. she was talking me through everything she was doing with my nails AND she had The Simpsons on for me in the back 🥺 she is incredibly talented, professional, and has SUCH an eye. to top it all off she is the sweetest thing ever. i am SOOO grateful to have found Cuticle Cricket. thank you for making my nail dreams come true Afua!!! 🥺♥️

I had the best experience with Afua yesterday! My first appointment with her went so well and I am in love with my nails. She also gave me the cutest present filled with a loyalty card, cuticle oil and hand cream - such a generous touch! Can't wait for my next appointment next month xx

Absolutely adore my nails! The art is incredible & I can't get over how damn cute the little cat is 🥹 lasted really well considering I'm super rough on my hands with work & hobbies! Couldn't recommend Cuticle Cricket more!

Helen was super friendly and very good. 👍 I wanted a specific (unusual) shape for playing classical guitar and she not was not only happy to do so, she suggested the best type of cover for me particular nails. She also showed me how I can keep them in that shape as they grow. I can highly recommend this place.

My experience was lovely - pleasant environment, pleasant soft music. Elivira was friendly and professional and she kindly assisted me in selecting a suitable nail colour to match a special outfit. I am very happy with the manicure and pedicure that she gave me.
