I have never had an "improper manicure and pedicure" but it was the perfect balance for time having my nails look great for an evening event. Martyna was pleasant, funny and our time together was fun. My nails came out glittery great and I received many compliments.

I went in for nail tips however I was worried the artist wouldn’t be able to do them due to how bad my nails were. She was lovely about it and advised that my nails were too weak for them to last for my wedding. She looked after my nails with a manicure instead and managed to squeeze me in next week closer to my wedding date. I was quite embarrassed and she was very understanding and offered good advice

Absolutely amazing experience. I was struggling with conversation today but it was peaceful as Hollie got into her groove and I watched in fascination. Everything is impeccable, from the high Hygiene standards (staff wears gloves, all customers washing their hands on site) to the meticulous work (ensuring no gaps in paint, no left over splatter or snags). Already looking forward to my next appointment at the end of the month xxx

Due to lack of sleep recently, I was a wuss for my waxing session! Danielle kindly mentioned to me from the start that it was okay and that it was purely just because lack of sleep causes this. One of my treatments I had to adjust which Danielle was completely understanding about. She very kindly gave me a couple options on where she could wax up to, depending on how I was feeling. She gave me information about where to exfoliate on my legs to help my ingrown hairs. I recommend Danielle, she truly cares about her clients well being, whilst doing an amazing job! Got my armpits waxed, this is my fifth time getting them done, the hair used to be really thick and coarse but now it’s soft and less wire-y. Danielle was super quick but thorough with it and I was in and out within 15 mins. It is no longer sore when waxing them and makes me feel more confident!
