Lucy is fabulous, her lamination skills are second to none. My eyelashes have never been so long, Lucy recommended a serum, it's lasted 7 months, which is incredible in itself. The result is that I have to wear my glasses lower down on my nose as they brush the lenses every time I blink 😁 my brows look the best they have looked in 30 years 😍 she's truly the best in bromsgrove.

Poppy is absolutely sensational in not only making a customer look good but also feel good!! She did mine and my bridesmaids make up for my wedding day and everyone absolutely loved it. We all felt so beautiful and confident. She was so professional and a genuine joy to work with!

I had my makeup done for my birthday with and would never go anywhere else! Poppy is sooo lovely, makes you feel so relaxed, and is honestly the best at what she does 💖 she did exactly as i asked and my makeup came out better than i could have imagined, and also lasted all night! Will definitely be back & definitely recommend ✨💝xxx

If I could give 5 more stars I would for an EXCELLENT SERVICE from beautiful Arla at VIP Hair Salon in cutting and styling my daughter’s and my hair. Arla is highly talented and I have recommended her to all my family and friends. I will never use another hair dresser again. Thank you Arla for the very best experience; it truly was a VIP service and experience. Looking forward to our next meeting end of May and I’m sure you’ll make my hair look gorgeous again for my friend’s son’s wedding. I’ll also be back further in the summer with both of my daughters.
