It was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had! She was so kind, friendly, and professional. She did my makeup exactly the way I showed her, and the result was absolutely beautiful. As an Asian, I was a little nervous about going to a salon and getting my makeup done by someone English, but she made me feel completely comfortable and understood exactly what I wanted. I truly loved the final look. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a talented and lovely makeup artist!

As an autistic person going to a new place for the first time, I felt relaxed and calm and Nicole made me feel as comfortable as she could. I had a wash and dry for my hair and loved how it felt afterwards. Really happy with this! ☺️

Nicole is the most lovely, welcoming, warm person and I had the most awesome wash and blow dry. I had accidently thought that Nicole could cut hair also, Nicole and her mum were so understanding and patient and went above and beyond to help me and organised for me to have my haircut next door.
