I had the Pre-Natal Pamper with Jenna this evening and it was amazing and just what I needed at 29 weeks pregnant! Nothing too much trouble for Jenna; when I felt uncomfortable in my lower back, she got extra pillows, she got me some water half way through as I got an annoying cough! Would highly recommend!

I had the most amazing Japanese Head Spa at Elements Day Spa. I also added the head, shoulder and facial massage into my booking for £15 which was definitely worth doing. It was so relaxing and I did find myself nodding off every so often 🤣 the salon was lovely, staff were fab and the spa room was so relaxing with spa music playing throughout my treatment. First visit to Bodies by Merj today and it definitely didn’t disappoint! Megan was so friendly and professional, she put me at ease straight away and she explained everything she was going to do and checked in with me throughout. I went for the ultimate relaxation 2 hour package and it was heaven! Lovely massage & facial, I felt so much lighter afterwards, will definitely be back! X
