I had multiple treatments! they greeted me with a cuppa before! i had my brows done and they are so nice. i get super nervous about getting them done from bad experience with another salons. the lash lift was so lovely! i also got a hollywood and full leg! she was so lovely! talked me through it all, wasn’t annoyed with me when i moved away when she was waxed my more intimate areas! so polite! so profession! have booked in again !

I had such a great experience with my Hollywood wax appointment. The therapist was friendly, professional, and talked me through everything. The treatment itself was carried out efficiently and with great attention to detail. The therapist made the experience as comfortable as possible and was very gentle throughout. I’m happy with the results—my skin feels so smooth, the finish is flawless. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be returning for my next appointment. Very pleased with my nails, it’s the first place that I’ve tried acrylic nails and never regretted it. I am a regular in the salon, the products are high quality and customer service is excellent. Love that they order the colours the customers want and that they have pedicure with spa, waxing and they do amazing brows as well. It’s not far from the city centre or south side either. They have absolutely affordable prices. Can only recommend 👌

So today I had my very first appointment with Abbi, and I have to say it was one of the best I’ve had. Not only is Abbi, welcoming, super friendly but also amazing at what she does. I left the salon feeling like I was on cloud nine, and that was only having a lash lift/tint and a brow wax/tint. I’ve had them done at another salon before but this is definitely the best they’ve ever been done and they look fab. Would I recommend Level Up based on my experience..110% yes! 5 stars isn’t enough…see you in 4weeks😁 xx

I get my nails done here all the time! Betty is amazing, my nails are always perfect, she is so lovely as well. Definetly recommend booking in with her she will have your nails looking gorgeous. I get compliments everyday for them!!
