Alex is incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and clearly takes pride in what she does. The results are amazing, and I honestly wouldn't go to anyone else now. Lovely treatment. I had the full head spa experience and it was very relaxing. Andrew was very attentive and explained everything he was going to do and the benefits which was great. My hair feels and smells lovely, would definitely recommend!

Imogen was lovely. I wanted a Bob haircut but Imogen advised against it due to how thin it was at the front - I really appreciated her honesty. Imogen gave me a nice trim and framed the front bits for me and shared some styling tips. Will definitely go back once my hair has grown out a bit.

I had my gel toes done by Ella today and had such a lovely experience. Ella is a junior therapist who is still in training, but she was fantastic. She was so attentive, took her time, and clearly cared about making sure everything was just right. As she’s still learning, she was given guidance throughout the appointment to ensure the finished result was perfect, which I thought was brilliant to see. It is clear that Allure really invest in helping their junior therapists develop their skills and confidence. I am so pleased with my toes and I’ll definitely be back. Thank you Ella! X
