Had the most incredible experience with my wax! Lucy put me at ease & explained everything as we went through - especially as my bikini wax was the first time! It was professional, pain free and the care before and after was really well explained and treated. Honestly can’t thank Mila enough! 🙌 My Brazilian took 6 hours (yes, 6!) because my hair was so tangled, but she never rushed or complained. She carefully detangled everything and the result is stunning — smooth, shiny, and star-worthy 🌟 The only thing I’d suggest is explaining the products a bit more, but overall it was a 10/10 experience. Highly recommend
