Iliana is truly a master of her art. I've been visiting ArtNailsEpsom since October 2023 and have always been amazed at the outcome, with perfectly manicured nails and always a new colour to choose from! Nice relaxing facial and great jaw massage. To make their experience even better, it would have been nice to have a head massage and for the treatment to last the full 60 minutes. I was in and out of the salon in under 50 minutes but had booked a 60 minute facial. A head massage with the extra 10 minutes would have been fab, but the time I had was lovely 😊

Honestly can’t thank Mila enough! 🙌 My Brazilian took 6 hours (yes, 6!) because my hair was so tangled, but she never rushed or complained. She carefully detangled everything and the result is stunning — smooth, shiny, and star-worthy 🌟 The only thing I’d suggest is explaining the products a bit more, but overall it was a 10/10 experience. Highly recommend

Sam is fabulous! Upon arriving at the treatment rooms, Sam took time to understand what I was looking for in terms of my skin (I had booked a facial) and then advised me on the best treatments for me. I had dermaplaning, milia treatment, eyebrow wax and tint and a million dollar facial. Sam uses top quality products and the treatments are top quality too. My skin looks and feels so much better and I feel like a new woman! I will now be returning regularly to incorporate Sam’s expertise into my regular skin routine. I can’t believe I’ve only just discovered this treasure in Bookham!

Iliana is the best nail technician you could possibly find in Epsom and beyond! She is truly are rare find. She looks after her clients all the time and ensures they receive excellent service. This is the reason why we all go back to her again and again! She uses very good products that don't damage the nails, she is a pro at using the nail filing machine and maintains clean working space.
