I have had a few treatments at Elleation now my favourites being the Dermaplaning facial, eyelash lift and eyebrow lamination I’ve always hated my eyebrows and Ellie worked her magic now I love them! Can’t wait to go back for more treatments!!

Absolutely first class service & advice from Lucy at Polished. I had several treatments: nails, eyebrow tint & a facial treatment, all were carried out in a Covid safe environment & with the greatest of care & precision. I was given advice on follow up treatments & additional care products that could prolong & enhance my treatments. As for my nails, Lucy & myself discussed what we were going to do with them two weeks ago & we found out today that this look was trending at London Fashion Week - "Wow!" I feel like a million dollars, so pleased that Polished are the frontrunners for treatments.

I had a lovely appointment with Cydney. She’s so chatty and friendly. I’m very pleased with the colour and my bouncy blow dry! Best of all is that the Milkshake dye does not irritate my scalp. My previous hairdresser used Wella and it was always really itchy afterwards. These products are much gentler. I highly recommend!

My Manual Lymphatic Drainage treatment was nothing short of transformative. What struck me most was the tenderness—I felt "like a baby or something very precious," completely looked after and nurtured. The flowing movements were incredibly soothing. The Little Retreat truly lives up to its promises—a beautiful space where your wellbeing becomes the priority. I'll book my next appointment very soon. An absolute gem!

Sam is fabulous! Upon arriving at the treatment rooms, Sam took time to understand what I was looking for in terms of my skin (I had booked a facial) and then advised me on the best treatments for me. I had dermaplaning, milia treatment, eyebrow wax and tint and a million dollar facial. Sam uses top quality products and the treatments are top quality too. My skin looks and feels so much better and I feel like a new woman! I will now be returning regularly to incorporate Sam’s expertise into my regular skin routine. I can’t believe I’ve only just discovered this treasure in Bookham!

A tranquil escape in the heart of Epsom. I had the Utter Relaxation package as a treat for myself and it was the perfect way to switch off. Nestled away the cabin is so zen, Lisa has decorated it beautifully. Lisa is so accommodating and I felt really comfortable and at ease, I think I may have even nodded off for a moment during the facial. The massage and facial left me feeling incredibly relaxed - mission accomplished! I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a full pamper session.

I have been going to Fatima’s for a good number of years now and she never disappoints. My hair always looks and feels amazing when I leave her salon. Fatima gets my colour exactly how I want and the hair treatment completely revives my hair to looking glossy and very healthy. Highly recommend Fatima, personally I won’t go anywhere else.

As always a wonderful relaxing back massage & facial from Lisa, followed by eyelash tint & eyebrow shape. In 30 degree heat her little air conditioned cabin is wonderful
