Thanks Fran for a relaxing and intensive massage. Really appreciated the time you took to adapt the session to my needs plus you are so warm, friendly and professional. I was experiencing discomfort in my leg after a long journey yesterday. Initially uncomfortable you located the knots and the discomfort has gone. I couldn’t recommend Elle enough. As someone who had never had any treatment before and was really nervous, Elle is so patient, and she answered all of my questions honestly. I wanted to know more about skincare and what would work best for me and I felt like she listened and genuinely cared. She wanted to help and give honest advice, rather than just sell me a product or service. She’s the only person I would trust with my face/skin!

Lauren was great. Very professional as well as welcoming. Made me feel comfortable and listened to me drone on about life, without any complaints. Lashes and nails turned out exactly as I wanted!

Elle explained my option’s and helped me understand and chose which one was the best for the natural look i wanted whilst treating the problem. She spoke to me throughout the procedure explaining each step as she went along, which really calmed me.
