I did the Cryotherapy and Oxygen Chamber. Was amazing… felt rejuvenated after the first Cryotherapy and then deeply relaxed and restored from the Oxygen. I could feel a lot more healing was done on the body beyond what I’m even aware of and looking forward to more sessions!

Dan was amazing, had a locked lower back and needed urgent attention before going on holiday in a few days. Today, I had the opportunity to receive a sports massage treatment along with shock wave therapy. The therapist was dedicated and worked diligently to help alleviate my muscle tension. Moreover, he provided guidance on stretching techniques to enhance my range of movement. I found the treatment to be excellent, and I appreciated the therapist's thorough understanding of the recovery process, which he shared with me. Additionally, I was kindly offered a complimentary Kangen water to support my recovery. I am truly grateful for the quality of service providedI will rebook again.

Explained the process and benefits of hyperbaric oxygen chamber made sure I understood everything. Very helpful and always there if you need help . Highly recommend! 3rd session WILL be rebooking ! 👍🏾

40 sessions of hbot completed feel a lot better than when first started and to my surprise blood pressure down to 117/78 never known it since my 40s Thanks Symon and Dan.

This was the third time in the HBOT chamber, it was a relaxing experience and I am sure it is helping. I feel fairly energetic, this is after radiotherapy , a treatment that makes you fatigued. The staff/owner is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend the cryotherapy centre and the HBOT.

I wasn’t looking forward to my first HBOT experience. But I needed not have worried. Very warm welcome, accommodating staff. All very professional . HBOT was ok. I have booked the next one .

Amazing experience. I went for oxygen chamber.therapy. They ran through everything with me and were with me to ensure I was ok. The facilties are five star and the water is amazing also. See you soon i Will definitely be back again.
