I’ve been seeing Nicola for 2 years, focusing on lower back issue, after only a few visits this was fully resolved & Nicola focused on neck, upper back & shoulders due to the tension held due to sitting all day. I used to suffer with migraines, taking time off work, I now have a weekly massage & I’ve not had 1 migraine since. Massage is vital to maintaining good health especially with having a job sitting all day. Nicola also provides advice to prevent future ailments and how to quickly target areas if niggles start. Thai yoga massage was like nothing I've experienced before! I went in not really feeling achy or tense but just really felt that I wanted a good stretch, and I definitely got that. I booked two hours, and it passed in no time. I'll most certainly be back.

I had serious odd symptoms on my face of which the normal healthcare professionals are not so concerned. These are anyways causing me discomfort and interrupt my daily activities. She did the detective work in the spot, and work through the process intuitively supporting me to find solage. The massage turn to be a real comfort even if she found some very painful areas in the upper back area. And also, she gave good advice how to continue to enhance the healing process. .

I have booked in with Sam on a monthly basis for the last 6 months or so. I usually have half an hour reflexology and half an hour back massage. I can’t explain how much I crave the sessions for my overall well-being and how relaxed and calm I feel following. Not only does Sam pinpoint exactly the areas that need some attention but she looks at you holistically as a person and listens without judgement. The sessions are like therapy in itself and I cannot recommend Sam enough!!

Another amazing treatment from Sam at Sage Therapies. I highly recommend Sam and her healing hands and voice. My massage and Indian head massage put me into a lovely tranquil yet controlled state to be able to deal with the children going back to school and a missing dog. The dog only went missing in the house and was found in a similar tranquil state in her bed. Thank you again. 😊 xXx

I booked an appointment which was half reflexology and half back massage. After experiencing years of anxiety, I came out feeling relaxed and calm for the first time in a long time. This was a present and my first visit to Ellie for a deep tissue and hot stone massage. Ellie was well prepared and professional and had read my health questionnaire which I had completed when booking online. Her room was warm and comfortable, the bed heated and I had a thoroughly relaxing massage with Ellie spending more time on my tense shoulders. Her business is located on the furst floor of a converted victorian school building (seems to have a variety of small businesses based there) with a receptionist ,lift access and with ample free parking . Definitely recommend.

From the minute I met Sam it was like catching up with an old friend, she's so warm and inviting. Walking into her studio was relaxing in itself, even before we started the treatment. I went for a 50/50 reflexology and massage and it was amazing, I already can't wait to book in my next appointment. Thanks Sam
