Amazing experience as always. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I especially love their restful areas, one is inside the Bathhouse where I can take a breatha inbetween, one is at the back of the property where I can't catch my breath after the sauna experience. The tea is warm here, the music is soothing. I feel I can really enjoy the "me time" at Ember. Thank you for creating such an amazing environment and atmosphere in Perth!

Amazing!! I bought a bottle of the elujuda hair serum after the cut and colour and my hair has never been silkier. I had really dry hair the past few months since moving to Perth. I was using three different conditioners but that still didn’t work to keep my hair hydrated. I’d like to say thank you to Miyu for the fantastic service, helping me choose a colour and for recommending that serum.

The staff are welcoming and professional, and the whole atmosphere makes it easy to completely switch off. I had my massage with Amilie, and it was honestly one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Her technique was perfect – very relaxing but also great at releasing tension. I walked out feeling refreshed, relaxed and completely reset.
