I'd definitely recommend Royal Siam! The staff are always so friendly and welcoming, and the salon has such a calm, relaxing vibe. Richelle did my manicure last time and she did an amazing job. I was really happy with the result. They even offer a complimentary 15-minute massage during your manicure, which is such a thoughtful touch (I didn't take it, but I really appreciated the gesture!). You can tell they genuinely care about making their customers feel looked after. Great service, great experience, and I'll definitely be coming back.

Today was my first time at the Royal Siam, I came in for a deep tissue massage. It was really nice! Place is welcoming, clean and with standards you can expect from a good reputable spa. As a Spa Director, I give them a 5 star for service, ambiance and attitude. I will definitely come back.

Just had the best time at Nua Toi getting my hair done by Alex. In love with the colour and styling. She was amazing and the best company! Myself and sister were looking for a salon to colour our hair, we were a little hesitant as we usually get our hair coloured from the uk by our hairstylist. Pedicure as good as always with Sarah. Additionally the 30min back massage was incredible! I have to say I am not a big fan of massages in beauty salons but the ambiance of this room matches some of the 5* hotels I had used in the past! Room is large, perfect lighting and music and you cannot hear other clients who came for nail/hair. A real treat for a great price!

I had an aromatherapy massage today with Pawittra, and it was absolutely incredible. Her hands are truly gifted—every movement was precise, soothing, and deeply relaxing. 5/5 for Ajitha 🌟 • 4/5 💅🏼 The ladies who did my nails were very sweet (as always) but the cleaning/removal of the gel felt quite rough and very rushed and unfortunately the application of the gelish is uneven and bumpy on most nails which is disappointing. My previous visit was absolutely wonderful and Rachel and Jeni did an awesome job with my mani/pedi - will definitely make a specific request for Rachel next time as she not only did quality nail work but also threw in a fantastic hands and arms massage! 🌷

Everyone was very friendly and the ladies take care of you nicely, ask if you want a beverage and check that you are comfortable. I enjoyed the manicure - looks very pretty just hoped to have a little hand massage with it - maybe they will next time.

Absolutely in LOVE with my experience at Nua Toi 😍✨ Kaatrina is incredible—she really listened and delivered beyond my expectations!
